The property is well organized. The check‑in instructions are very clear, with photos sent and directions on where to find the keys and the information you need to know about the stay. My single room was clean and had a large wardrobe and a nice desk. It’s not a flaw but more an observation: the placement of the light switches needs to be reconsidered, especially the one in the bedroom which is positioned outside the door instead of inside the room. Another observation is the lack of a TV in the room, but with a powerful free Wi‑Fi I used my iPad to watch on‑demand TV.

Don't believe in the price of the site! I payed double the value that was on the ad! It was 163 euros and the Bill came 333 euros with wri4d taxes! And I also had to pay.more 6,30 euros/day of city tax that I didn't pay in other bookings!Shame! Outrageous!

The bed was good. The staff were unhelpful, and the entrance was complicated (never seen). Suddenly getting a winterer who cooks Asian food and whose smells can’t be ventilated. No possibility to open the windows, and many other things.

The host was super friendly, and the place was really clean and well taken care of. It was perfect. The kitchen was spotless and easy to use. The bathroom had great hot water and strong water pressure! The location is great — really close to the metro, and there’s a grocery store just a 3‑minute walk away. It’s about a 14‑minute walk from the central station bus stop. If I had known that it was in the basement, I probably wouldn’t have booked it. Because it’s underground, I could hear cars passing by and various machine noises, so I didn’t sleep well. There’s no elevator, so carrying my 23 kg and 8 kg luggage up and down wasn’t easy. It was November, Milan was really chilly so cold at night even with the radiator on, so I slept wearing my down jacket. The air was extremely dry, which made my throat hurt a lot. Also, don’t use too much electricity at once (be careful! the circuit breaker can trip).
