Mixed feelings. On one hand, a comfortable room, tasty diverse food, and a cozy area. On the other, a confusing insurance issue. After booking, a message said a 2.5 € per person per day fee would be held for some insurance. When I asked for clarification, no answer was given. At check‑in nothing was requested, but at check‑out they demanded payment of this thing—after the city tax, it was 1.5 € per person per day. They couldn’t explain what it was or why it was needed. Having my own insurance didn’t matter. The experience was ruined right before departure; otherwise it had been quite pleasant.
