The staff are very pleasant and especially appreciated. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around easy. The place is a bit out of the city center, but nearby transport options let you reach the center without trouble.

I found the location great, with private parking, nearby train and bus stops, and a shopping mall just a few kilometres away, making it a solid choice for anyone wanting to stay close to Venice without breaking the bank; the staff were very helpful. The building feels old and the renovation is uneven, but with a few tweaks it could be much better.

I didn’t get breakfast, but the staff were friendly. The room lacked a hair dryer, a trash bin, and the air‑conditioning unit was broken; everything felt very minimalistic, so the price didn’t match the value for me. The place is right next to the bus stop heading to Venice, yet as a solo traveler I didn’t feel comfortable in the neighbourhood.

The room was spotless and the air‑conditioning worked, though it was noisy. The hotel and the room were very basic and dated, and there was a lot of noise in the corridors and adjacent rooms well past midnight. The area is mainly residential; although the bus to Venice is right outside, there are no restaurants or shops nearby. The nearest supermarket (Lidl) was a thirty‑minute walk, and we passed one bar and one café, both full of workers. We didn’t see a single tourist during the three days we stayed, even on the bus trips that were always packed with workers heading to and from Venice.

The staff were always friendly and courteous, and the location is convenient for highway and train connections. The building feels a bit sad overall, but it could work for a single night if you’re traveling for work. It’s too expensive overall, especially when you add breakfast and parking.
