The Beach House Motel boasts a pool with heated spa and free WiFi, located just a 2-minute walk from Papamoa Beach. Accommodation features flat-screen cable TV, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster. A BBQ area, games room, and guest laundry are available. Some apartments have a full kitchen. The motel is less than 10 minutes' drive from Tauranga Airport and Baypark Arena.

The spa pool was excellent after a very long day, and we were offered extra heating for the bedroom for our baby. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and close to everything we needed, with friendly, helpful staff. I enjoyed all of it.

Gina welcomed us warmly and suggested we turn on the heater when we entered our room on that mid‑winter day, even though we arrived a little early. The room was impeccably clean, and the little private courtyard outside the backdoor had a nice garden that would be perfect for coffee or wine on warmer days. The shower’s water pressure was great, and the room was spacious with nice furniture and a flowing layout. However, the spa bath jets aren’t working, which I chose for the spa bath, though the bath was still nice. I also wished there were a few herbal tea bags with the complimentary tea and coffee.
