The location is excellent, the hotel is very chic, the bar and rooftop pool are beautiful. The food and drinks are lovely with a great happy hour. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Great spot, James. The bedroom is nice but a bit small.

The building itself looked stunning, and we were thrilled with our room, the food, and how friendly the check‑in staff were. I had flagged my birthday in the reservation, yet neither the arrival nor departure staff mentioned it, which felt like a missed detail for the price I paid. Some staff interactions, especially with room service and when we bumped into people around the property, were less polished than they could have been. The pool area lacked attentiveness; we had to request that our umbrellas be opened and were not offered any food or drinks until we asked what was available.

The rooms were beautifully furnished, very clean, and spacious. The location was excellent, everything within walking distance. The small pool offered tasty lunch options. Valet parking was available for $55 a day. The only downside was the price, especially since breakfast was not included.
