The location is unbeatable, letting you walk around and explore all of Asís with confidence that you’ll return to the center and to the hotel. Breakfast could be better, and the beds could also be improved.

The hotel is very pretty and located right in the center, making it very convenient to move around quietly! The room was tiny but worked well for a short stay. Even though it’s in the center, you don’t hear much noise or anything else. The bar fridge was out of order and we found only a single bottle of hot water inside! The pillows were too soft, and the bathroom cleaning needs to be reviewed—there were water splashes from the previous guest on the mirror, and the tap was poorly cleaned. Breakfast was decent for a four‑star place. The reception ladies were very kind and professional! Despite the small, fixable issues, I recommend it and will definitely come back.

Staff were incredibly helpful at check‑in, giving a quick rundown of the town and St. Francis, and the location on the main square is perfect. Breakfast was generous, and the instructions for accessing the parking garage were the best I’ve seen. The only downside was the difficulty moving luggage to and from the parking garage; the escalators only go up the hill, so you have to walk down the stairs, and after the escalators you still face a decent walk over cobblestones.
