“May not stay there again”
The location was fine, but the pool was dirty again and we didn’t get our room until after 5 pm.
“It was a nice quick stay and our room was clean and food was good.”
The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when my husband had to get cold medicine for me. Breakfast was a mess: all the hot dishes, muffins, and even eggs, bacon, and potatoes were gone; we and others had to wait. More staff are needed to restock food regularly, especially on weekends.

Location, breakfast. Our room. Original room keys would not work after 3 different key attempts. We were put in an overflow room on first floor that look like the room was a staging room for all the extra furniture. Bathroom was not clean, sand in the tub and the sinks and tub backed up. The air conditioning in the lobby and breakfast area was not working a was very warm; it was cooler outside. We’ve never had a poor experience with a Hampton but this has made us reconsider our choice for next time. I will say the staff that assisted us was exemplary in how he handled the situation

I asked for early check‑in at 2:00 PM and called twice to confirm; two staff members said it’d be fine. Yet when I got there, no rooms were ready or clean, and I had to wait until 3:25 PM—well past the normal 3:00 PM check‑in—before my room was finally set up. The lobby was crowded with other annoyed guests who were experiencing the same delay.
