The hotel features beautifully appointed rooms with contemporary furniture, a business centre, restaurant, bar, and fitness centre. It offers 9 refurbished conference spaces and is close to Melbourne Cricket Ground, Rod Laver Arena, and the National Gallery of Victoria.

The location is great, walking to Chinatown is convenient, the café and lobby space is wide and beautiful. The room isn’t beautiful, and there’s no toothbrush, razor, or other toiletries; the bathroom only has shower, shampoo, and conditioner. An Australian staff member seemed a bit discriminatory and not very friendly.

There was no tissue box in the room, and there was no toothbrush or toothpaste in the bath services.

The location was great. Morning breakfast was good. The pool was great. The air conditioning wasn't working well but that was all

The stay was barely worth the 2.0/10 rating. The so‑called fitness area consisted of a single cable machine in a cramped, unpleasant room with a tray of 1‑10 kg dumbbells. I woke to a cockroach drifting in my wine glass. The receptionist was almost unpleasant and snarky for no reason at all, and the breakfast cost 300 % more than it should have.
