The mattress was comfortable, but the soundproofing was a bit lacking.

No positives. The room had a strong cigarette smell that was unpleasant.

Quick responses, helpful and friendly. The bathroom hair dryer was tiny, and the room door looked like an exterior aluminum door.

So far so good. The room isn’t soundproof, so outside noise is clearly audible, but overall it’s still good.
