Location is spot on, everything you need is in the room – furniture, utensils, a water tank, an outdoor drying rack, cleaning supplies, a good humidifier with a strong fan, and a separate entrance. The TV is a monitor but it works fine, and the internet is solid. The downside? The furniture is a bit old, the room is simple, and the window is right next to the owners’ place, so privacy drops if you’re not alone.

“Perfeita”

We loved this place – simple, cozy, and it had everything we needed. Mr. Marcos and his wife were super welcoming and attentive. The house sits on a quiet, safe street and is close to the beach, a grocery, bakery, and supermarkets, which made our stay easy. No AC, but a fan works fine.

This is a kitnet for a couple – very charming and cozy. No garage, but we parked on the street and everything went smoothly. It’s a safe, quiet spot.

“Muitíssimo agradável e confortável”

The accommodation is fully equipped with all the kitchen stuff – pots, pans, utensils – and comfort items like a TV and a TV box. They even gave us towels. There’s an outdoor drying rack, and it’s all very quiet. We felt well accommodated. The location is great, with a supermarket, pizza places, snack bars, bakeries, and various shops nearby, and the beach is just a two‑street walk, about ten minutes on foot. The only downside: even with a fan, the kitnet gets a bit warm.
