“Stay from hell...”

Honestly nothing good to say. The bed‑bug protector zipper was broken, the flat sheet looked like someone’d defecated on it, the fitted sheet barely fit the bed and had pink stains, there were tortilla stains, mold everywhere, the window had white between the double‑pane glass so I could barely see out, the AC cord was taped together, floors were dirty, I had to throw away socks because of the floors, I’m allergic to lavender (bar soap & Fablosa cleaner), I chose a non‑smoking room because of allergies, a hand‑made smoking container was in a room just over my own, and I spotted cockroaches throughout the stay—unacceptable.

The pool was clean, but there was no breakfast. I understand grab‑and‑go, but nothing was available to grab; the fruit wasn’t fresh and the coffee was poor, and there was no hot water for tea.

I managed to get the rooms next to each other, which I appreciated, but I also wanted a walk‑through door between them for easy access, and that request was denied because I have a disabled child.

“Clean Room”

The place was very clean and the AC worked well in a quiet spot, but the bed felt uncomfortable for a hotel, and the free breakfast was basically just coffee and a prepackaged Danish—no hot dishes, cereals, or toast, so the “grab and go” claim was literal.
