The presentation was not the best; the owner was very rude and refused to reimburse us when we didn’t stay. Do not recommend.

“Great location and hospitality and comfortable facilities”

The spot is spot‑on – right in the middle of everything and the host was genuinely friendly, even bringing a few little extras we hadn’t asked for. The rooms felt comfortable enough, though the décor is starting to look a bit dated. If the rate had been a touch lower, it would have been perfect.

“Fantastico”

The owners were incredibly warm and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately the hotel sits in a part of town that turned into a furnace during the heatwave, so staying there was pretty uncomfortable. Still, the staff’s hospitality made up for the sweltering surroundings.

“Waardeloos”

I can’t wrap my head around what this place actually offers – it feels like a sham, especially when they charge €400 a night. The building is old, dirty, and there’s no air‑conditioning or anything to make it livable. Overall, a huge disappointment for the price.

The location itself is fine, but the condition of the rooms left a lot to be desired. The furnishings were shabby, cleanliness was poor – definitely not what you expect when you’re paying top dollar. I’m planning to involve a lawyer and have plenty of photos to back it up.
