Breakfast was plentiful and freshly made from regional ingredients, perfect. The location is excellent, far enough from the main road, close enough to the lake, and offers a great panoramic view.

Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und flink. Der Spa ist sehr grosszügig und es gibt sowohl drin wie auch draussen genügend Liegen. Die vielen verschiedenen Saunen und Dampfbäder und das Kuschelkino sind toll. Auch die Getränkestationen sind super. Die Massage war absolut spitze! Am Abend gab es ein sehr hochwertiges 5-Gänge-Menü bei welchem jeweils aus versch. Möglichkeiten das eigene Menü zusammengestellt werden konnte. Die grosszügige Weinkarte ist sehr intressant. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche offen. Der Bar sollte unbedingt ein Besuch abgestattet werden. Trotz Handyverbot gab es immer wieder Gäste, welche Fotos und Filme machten im Spa, Bad und auch im Garten bei den Liegen

“Beauty and serenity near Cinderella’s castle”

The property is beautiful with a serene pools/ponds area. We booked a higher‑end room with its own sauna, and for our anniversary the hotel upgraded us to a suite with a jacuzzi on the private balcony…just divine. We didn’t enjoy the fixed dinner menu, but after a long day of flying it was a convenient choice. On the second night, the hotel suggested an Italian restaurant about a 10‑minute walk away, and we had one of the best meals of our lives there.

A fantastic hotel overall. I’d definitely come back. It’s a bit pricey.
