Flamboyan Caribe Hotel & Spa

The building is very welcoming, bright, clean and modern. The junior suite was perfect with a jacuzzi on the balcony, very comfortable. The staff were extremely kind! The buffet was a bit lacking.

I want to highlight especially the hotel staff, who were very friendly and attentive throughout. Anna at reception handled us superbly and was charming. The two blonde waitresses at the restaurant were pleasant and always served us with a smile. The staff’s service was definitely a highlight. The views from the hotel to the beach were impressive, and being able to enjoy them during our stay was another big plus. What could be improved: I expected more from a 4‑star hotel. The food felt repetitive and lacked variety, especially with the all‑inclusive plan. Some drinks, like Nestea, weren’t included, which surprised us given the all‑inclusive price. We also wanted more variety in snacks and between‑meal options, as they almost always offered the same thing. Another negative was the room, which had a lot of ants. We had to report it and they had to come and treat the room with insecticide. That shouldn’t happen in a hotel of this category. Finally, we booked a VIP room and paid a surcharge. The room had a Balinese‑style bed with curtains, but we got one without curtains, so we felt we didn’t receive what we expected for that price. Overall, we felt the price we paid was high for what the hotel actually offered. In short, the staff was excellent and deserves special mention, and the beach views were spectacular. However, I think the hotel has several areas that should improve to truly match a 4‑star rating and the price paid.

“Emplacement top !”

The location, the food, the staff and the services (free umbrellas and beach towels, unlimited drinks…) were great. The only downside was the nighttime noise.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were very good. The cleaning, the new towels, and the fresh beds every day were appreciated.

“Perfektno”

Everything was perfect, from the tasty, varied food to the hotel’s location. The experience was wonderful, especially Lucija at the reception. The plaza and the sea were excellent. It was a calm and relaxing break for not too much money. I would recommend it. I just don’t understand why there isn’t a second drain in the bathroom, because when you shower the water that comes out of the shower area has nowhere to go. But that is a small thing.
