There should have been a couple of armchairs to sit in when watching TV.

The staff were very friendly, the food excellent, and the wines superb.

The breakfast was good, but not as “fabulous” as advertised; everything was clean, especially the bathroom, which had no black spots at all. The selection of TV channels was sparse. I had read that the sauna room was meant for wellness, yet the heater couldn’t be turned on (it was already quite cold in the morning) and the shower water ran cold.

The peace, the view, and the very clear bathroom were great, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel itself is fine, but the restaurant is far too expensive (except for the ever‑present pizzas), and there’s almost nothing to do on Grunwald at night.
