Everything was clean and pleasant; the front desk staff were helpful and nice. However, throughout our stay no one came to take out the trash, replenish toilet paper, or give us clean towels and face cloths. We had to keep going down to the front desk to get more and had to take out our own trash.

Customer service was excellent, the food tasted good, and the room was clean; I’ll keep coming back. Nothing else to complain about, everything was enjoyable.

The hotel sits conveniently near Chesapeake and Virginia Beach and the front‑desk staff were very good, yet the room was unclean with mold in several spots, original furniture from the hotel’s opening 18 years ago, only one nightstand, a dresser falling apart, a shampoo/body wash holder that fell off the wall—apparently the newest item—everything in the room was peeling from the wall, and the toilet paper dispenser showed rust corrosion.
