The staff were friendly and the location was great.

The breakfast was excellent, especially thanks to the very enthusiastic staff, and the late check‑in worked out perfectly—definitely coming back. However, the night staff at reception around 21:30 were very uninterested and not friendly; otherwise everything was fine.

I loved how convenient everything was, but the sheets only changed every third day—at least they should be swapped daily or at least every other day.

The team was amazing, especially with such a wonderful young group of great people, and this hotel outshined the name‑brand I stayed at in Juneau in every way. Nothing to complain about.
