“Bad experience.”

The area and location were nice. When we arrived, a lady opened room 1 for us and told us it was our room for the stay. An hour or two later, while we were on the bed, someone unlocked our door with a key, opened it, and the man stood there telling us it was his room. I mentioned that there were personal items in the drawer on my side of the bed. He called someone, and a lady came and said she had moved him but forgot the items in our room. Unfortunately she also forgot to call the man about the move and didn’t move all his stuff. She brought a plastic dish and put all his personal belongings in it. I asked if they had put clean linens on the bed since that man had slept there; she said yes. There was a fitted sheet, a blanket, a duvet, and a throw on top—no flat sheet. So do they wash the blanket each time they change the bedding? There were no bedlamps on the pedestals, only a switch at the door to turn on the room lights and another near the shower to turn on the shower light. When you need to use the toilet at night, you have to struggle to find the light to turn it on. There were also no hangers for clothes; I asked for hangers and the next day there were only two in our room. We are two guests. The last morning, we had breakfast. We said we didn’t want breakfast that morning. It seems they prepared breakfast an hour or two before we were ready. They didn’t ask when we wanted to eat, so the eggs were over‑done and it seemed they served breakfast with chips reheated from the night before. They put the ready‑made breakfast with a plate and everything in the microwave and served it in front of us. Our experience there was not pleasant.

“Disappointed”

The pictures are misleading. I booked a comfy room, but they gave me a room with two single beds. When I refused it, they took me to another room that was still not the one I booked. I was only there for one night, so I was disappointed. Please see the attached pictures and check the comfy room as advertised.
