The pin codes for both the hotel entrance and the rooms were a real convenience, and the staff answered every question quickly over WhatsApp. However, the room was uncomfortably hot, poorly ventilated, and smelled bad, and the blinds didn’t block the light completely, leaving the room completely dark at night.
“A comfortable room in a good location.”
The location was great, and the bed was comfortable enough to serve as a solid base for a stay in London. The room offered a good selection of tea, coffee, and milk with a kettle, plus free shampoo, shower gel, and nice towels. On the downside, the finishes were subpar: there was a gap between the carpet and the bathroom floor, the TV had no channels, the clothes rail was wobbly and seemed about to fall, and the blind string was too high. A fridge in the room would have been a nice addition.

The location was central to everything we wanted to see, but the building was tiny, the apartment wasn’t ready at check‑in, the bathroom and hallway floors were cracked, the fridge was frozen over and had to be defrosted before use, it kept dripping onto our food and ruined our fruit, and the beds were uncomfortable.
