The apartment offers a sea view and is located on a quiet street on the 5th floor with an elevator. It’s a 10‑15 minute walk to Mogren Beach and just five minutes to the city center. Along the way you’ll find supermarkets and a local market. The unit is spacious, clean, and cozy. We stayed as a couple, but because the rooms are isolated, it could accommodate 3‑4 people. It’s convenient that the kitchen is in a separate room, featuring a large fridge, stove, functional oven, microwave, and plenty of cookware. We appreciated the presence of a Turkish kettle. A cup of coffee on the large balcony overlooking the sea lifts your spirits for the whole day. Hot water is always available (boiler), and the washer and detergent, along with extra linens and towels, made our stay comfortable. We would definitely come back and recommend these apartments to friends.
“Had everything we needed for one night and is in a great location”
We only stayed for one night while traveling, but the apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable enough. The location is ideal for both the Old Town and the beachfront. We were hoping for a balcony, and you’ll need to pay the owner in cash.
The apartment’s location and comfort are great. We had an issue with our unit and were moved to another building without any explanation; we were only given a new location that didn’t match ours. In the end, the problem was resolved well, and the person who assisted us in person was very kind. It would be practical to have a microwave.
Everything was great. The bed was firm, and it would have been nice if the windows had been cleaned.

The only real advantage of this apartment is its location and view. There’s no parking, and no response when a question is asked. The apartment is outdated, barely clean, and smells of cigarette smoke upon entry. The bedding squeaks and is uncomfortable. It feels soulless, like a rental that’s just chasing profit. It’s a shame.
