The staff were very helpful and super friendly, but the way to the hotel is not recommended for people with mobility issues because it’s very steep (about 20% slope) and the rooms are extremely sound‑proof.

The hotel owner was very pleasant and helpful, and he arranged a balloon flight for us at a great price.

We recommend this hotel 100 %! The room matched the photos, was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfasts were super good and very filling. The staff were amazing, smiling, attentive, and we even managed to book a hot‑air balloon flight at prices far lower than elsewhere.

We spent four magical nights there; everything was outstanding, especially the staff’s kindness, who looked after us and our daughter from start to finish, the spacious room carved into the rock with a terrace overlooking the town, the peaceful atmosphere away from Goreme’s tourist noise, and the restaurant’s breakfast and dinner dishes, all prepared and served with care, making our time at the hotel extremely pleasant, although having a car is essential since the hotel is a 15‑minute drive from Uchisar and 20 minutes from Goreme.
