The spot is great, free parking and plenty of spots in the bar and restaurants, and the room was basic but comfy. The bar itself just didn’t have much vibe.

Located in Tintagel, The Cornishman Inn is a 3-minute walk from Tintagel Castle, King Arthur's alleged birthplace. This traditional inn offers free WiFi, free parking, and proximity to Merlin's Cave and Dartmoor National Park (30-minute drive). Rooms feature tea/coffee facilities, flat-screen TVs, and traditional furnishings. A full English breakfast and homemade meals from local ingredients are served in the restaurant or on the flowered terrace.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was good, the spot was ideal for tours, and the terrace was nice, but the beds were not very comfortable.

The welcome and staff were excellent (an upgrade!). A friendly hotel, fantastic location, ample parking and breakfast was delicious. Only fault was the mattress (Room 3). I have to say it had a lump in the middle and my wife and I both found it uncomfortable

Everything was clean and tidy.

The location and parking are solid, the room is cozy with good lighting, a kettle, tea bags, etc., and the place is quiet. Breakfast was excellent, especially the cooked vegetarian options, though the bathroom tap was a bit hard to use and the 9 am service felt a bit late.
