The location is great, close to the beach and restaurants, and the reception was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the dogs barking at night, otherwise it was very quiet and far from noise.

Breakfast is not included. There is a small shop 5 minutes on foot where fresh bread is available between 7.15 and 7.30 in the morning. The next beach is also 5 minutes away. The sea is nice for swimming, but not interesting for snorkeling. There are 2 restaurants and a pizzeria 200 to 400 m away. The seating area is part of the owner's terrace, separated by a wooden fence, and I felt a little exposed.
