The service was decent and the location was fine, yet the water heater was broken and the shower only produced cold water.

Almost nothing to mention, but at least the room was clean. The air conditioner is louder than a helicopter, an old unit that can only be adjusted manually. The TV has no remote; you must go to the television to change settings. There are no channel programs on the TV, and you have to pay to watch anything. The shower barely works—terrible.

The suite was very uncomfortable, with hair on the floor. The bed and doors were peeling. A hose stretched beside the pool, and I tried other suites but the TV and sound system didn't work. In the end I canceled. I didn't like anything.
