It was okay, not much better for the money.

The beds and linens were clean and well made. Hotel personnel were nice and tried to help. The reception hall and lobby were tidy. The heating system was inadequate; the inverter AC set to 30 °C took ages to warm the room, and if it was turned off for a few seconds the room would suddenly get cold. Warm water took literally many minutes to flow. Every room had windows, but the neighboring buildings were so close that no sunlight reached the rooms. The side drawers were very dirty; previous guests had left food leftovers, and room service should have cleaned them. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the services compared to the rent I paid.

The location and ambience were nice. The bathrooms were cold and had water leakage problems.

The spot is perfect, just beside the GPO Murree, but a mirror in the room would have been useful.
