In Booking. com’s reservation confirmation you said “ 1 night, Standard Single Room” but what they offered was a tent cabin, that is a small cabin with no bathroom facilities

“Gute Lage, nettes Personal, die Einrichtung ausbaufähig”

Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr schön, am Fluss mit Morgensonne. Es gab an der Rezeption kostenlosen Kaffee und heißes Wasser für Tee. Leider war die Einrichtung der Zimmer oder aber auch des Hotels einfach alt und geschmacklos. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass die letzten 20 Jahre das Hotel vergessen wurde. Auch hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit gibt es ganz viel Luft nach oben. Mit einfachen Handgriffen wäre hier Abhilfe möglich. Für den Standard war das Hotel schlicht viel zu teuer

We stayed in the chalet. It was rustic. The walking trails were beautiful & just outside our door. We had a nice view of the river from our room. The restaurant on site was very good. The staff were friendly. The room could use some updating. The heater in our room wasn't working. Luckily, the bed was warm & very comfortable. The location was nice, but too isolated. There was nothing else within miles
