Everything ran smoothly, the restaurant was tidy and the staff were friendly; we were the only guests and they served breakfast exactly how we wanted, and the walk from St. Pietro to Aggritourismo is about 2.4 km on mostly paved road. However, with a slightly larger effort one could get hot water for a shower, the front desk rarely had anyone on duty, you need to understand a bit of Italian, and conversations in other languages were basically nonexistent.

We really enjoyed our stay at Il Casale Colle San Pietro; the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight, with amazing food. The property offers ample parking. No complaints.

The restaurant was really good and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was very minimal with few options, and it only started at 8 am, so if you need to leave early you can’t have breakfast even though it’s included in the stay. The hotel is deep in nature, so at night the roads are hard to navigate, in bad condition and poorly lit. It’s not a farm.

location, acquaintance, very quiet surrounding, breakfast & restaurant, cleanliness. lack of WiFi connection - although there are 3 wifi points, connection is extremely poor. Also - availability of hot water must improve please
