The location is excellent, close to the tram and metro, and the staff were helpful; they even changed the room because the bathroom was bad. The bathroom was very bad, especially in the single room where the seat was much higher than normal and the toilet didn’t work well.

The room had a huge electrical panel behind the wall, and there were constant clicking noises all night. When I told the receptionist that I couldn't sleep because of it, they said something like “you’re not used to it.” An otherwise healthy person cannot sleep in that room without being disturbed by the noise.
