The spot is spot‑on – right in the middle of everything you’d want to see. Unfortunately the front desk felt a bit disorganized and the staff weren’t as helpful as I’d hoped. It’s a great location, just wish the reception matched it.
The whole place was pleasant: the natural surroundings were lovely, the staff were friendly, and room service responded quickly whenever I called. I especially enjoyed the pool, which added a nice touch to the stay. The only hiccup was that my request for a flower arrangement never got passed on, so we set it up ourselves and ended up being charged for a damaged sheet.
