We spent a wonderful week at Danis Hotel in Istanbul! The reception staff were absolutely amazing, especially Emre, who made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality was exceptional, and they gave us great recommendations on the best places to visit and discover in Istanbul. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The location is also excellent, close to all essential amenities and very convenient for accessing public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. A big thank you to Emre and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We will definitely come back to Danis Hotel on our next visit to Istanbul! Highly recommended!

The location was good, but we ended up paying for parking even though the listing said it was free.

The location was good, but the service quality was far below our expectations. Work and repairs were carried out during the night, which was especially disruptive and severely affected our comfort. The staff were not always able to answer our questions and sometimes gave the impression that our requests bothered them. The state of the rooms was also disappointing. Upon arrival, we found crumbs and food remnants under the bed, which is hardly acceptable in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. Finally, we felt that everything was chargeable, including some information or requests directed to the staff. This situation unfortunately gives a very negative impression of the service and reception.
