I liked the hotel’s location and the opportunity to use the pool, which was a big plus for me. Overall, I felt comfortable and enjoyed my time there. On the downside, the room service in the morning was annoying; at about 10 am the door was knocked on and asked if the room should be cleaned, even though we were still in bed and wanted to sleep. For me, 10 am is clearly too early. I would prefer the cleaning to start no earlier than 12 or 13 pm so guests can have a quiet morning. The breakfast area was also rushed; the tables were cleared and set up for the next guests very quickly, which made the atmosphere feel a bit hectic even though other guests were still eating. In the room, I missed a mini‑fridge, which would be very handy in summer. A climate‑control system or at least another cooling option would also be welcome. At around 29 °C in the room at 22 pm, it was impossible for me to sleep comfortably and peacefully.
