The place was superb; the room was large and the bed very comfortable. I liked the location because it’s a bit outside Ubud’s center, making it very quiet, yet close enough that a ride‑taxi gets you to the center in 15‑25 minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I could choose each day when I wanted breakfast. Overall, a fantastic stay.

The place could be really lovely and the caretaker, when on duty, was very friendly, but the hotel was in the middle of a renovation, there was no front desk, the pool was closed, and we ended up being the only guests occupying one of the many rooms that were still available; the cleaning left a lot to be desired.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had some mixed experiences. On the one hand, the rooms were incredibly comfortable and modern, and the location was very private and quiet. However, I found the lack of staff to be a major issue - there was no reception desk, and I was unable to check in or check out properly. When I did see a staff member, they were unhelpful when I asked for assistance with laundry, and I also had trouble getting help when my room started flooding.

I had a great experience at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. When I needed a last-minute laundry service, they were quick to respond and took care of my clothes with care. I'm truly grateful for their assistance.

My stay at this hotel was a pleasant one, thanks to the exceptional comfort of the bed in my room - it was truly one of the best I've ever slept in. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay all the more enjoyable. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that my room didn't have a bathtub, and there was no fridge, which wasn't ideal for me.
