I was blown away by everything; Mario was super accessible at all times and easy to reach. The house is amazing, each floor has a bathroom and everything is spotless and well-equipped. The patio area with a barbecue is perfect for a day with friends and dinner every night. The only downside is that the village is small, but that makes it a great base for exploring the surrounding area.

We had a wonderful stay in the charming village of Pimiango, with a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. Mr. Mario was friendly and welcomed us in person; parking is right in front of the house. The house is large and clean, with 4 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms on the first floor and 1 quadruple on the top floor); on the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with many appliances and plenty of cooking supplies; we could make excellent breakfasts and dinners; there is also a dishwasher and a washing machine; the living room has a TV, a fireplace, and a sofa; there is also a nice outdoor relaxation area right in front, across the street, with a barbecue. It was truly comfortable for our group of 5 adults and 2 children. A short walk into the village, there are also two great bars/restaurants. We chose Pimiango for its strategic location between Asturias and Cantabria. It allowed us to visit in a few minutes by car various attractions including Santillana del Mar, Llanes, Comillas with the Capricho de Gaudí, the Picos de Europa, the sanctuary of Covadonga, and the airport of Santander which is only 50 minutes by car. We really enjoyed the patio. It’s spacious with a barbecue, perfect in summer. The house is well-equipped, with a bathroom in every room. Mario is very attentive, making sure everything is fine. The only thing I’d mention is that one of the mattresses is a bit hard and thin.

The village is great, small and super quiet, the house is fantastic, we enjoyed it a lot.
