The vibe is great, but the hotel’s customer service has really deteriorated; it took over three hours to set up my room the way I asked, and I had to call twice before anything was done. The waiters in the dining area were very rude.

Breakfast was bland—pork sausages were fermented and tasted awful, and pastries were dry—but the staff were kind. We were charged for a dish we ordered à la carte that turned out terrible, and when we returned it, the hotel still made us pay. Service was awful.

The front desk was great and very friendly. I only stayed one night, so there isn’t much else to say. I liked that everyone receives a hot water bottle, the grounds were pretty, and breakfast was okay. The chef was friendly and even came out to point out dishes that were accidentally vegan. I don’t recall seeing a robe in the room.

I loved it—it was amazing and the staff were wonderful. They don’t keep an extra blanket in the room, and the night can get cold, but when I asked for one, they brought it right away, so I can’t complain.
