Nice, clean, comfortable place with a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The pool was beautiful but already closed in September when the temperatures were in the high 20s Celsius, and it was a bit of a hassle to get around without a car, spending a lot on cabs. The location isn’t a stone’s throw from the Vatican.

The studio’s location is super convenient, close to the metro and bus stops just a few steps away. From the moment we arrived, the hosts welcomed us warmly with a drink, snacks, breakfast essentials, a welcome note, and a thank‑you message at the end. The building is 24/24 monitored with a receptionist ready to answer questions. The pool is handy—just remember to bring a swim cap—and the surrounding garden adds to the charm. I recommend this place 100% for a stay in Rome.

The host was incredibly helpful in everything, offering wine and tapas at reception. The kitchen had all the basics—salt, sugar, coffee, paper towels—so I’m giving the host a perfect score. The only downside was the neighbor: the room lacks good soundproofing and the neighbor talked on the phone all night, preventing me from sleeping.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The communication was smooth, and we received a warm welcome with snacks and drinks after a long day and late arrival. The apartment was spotless and well organized, with a lovely little kitchen that was essential for my child’s picky eating habits. It had everything you could need, from a hairdryer to candles on the balcony. Guido and Laura kept in touch before and during our stay and were very friendly. I would recommend this apartment 100%—thanks a lot, Linda and Kelvin.
