The staff were extremely friendly, the accommodation was clean with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The location is fantastic. We stayed on the seventh floor because we had a five‑year‑old child. The windows open very inconveniently, lacking a “tilt” option. Although the place is very clean and the bedding and towels look washed, sometimes the towels had a strange smell; I’d say they come from the laundry area.

The location is strategic, the rooms are spacious, simple and fairly clean. The bathrooms feature wide showers. The luggage storage service is very convenient. The room had a direct and private access to the terrace, but unfortunately the window was closed and could not be opened. The management allows seasonal access to the terrace. It was a pity not to be able to use the lounge and jacuzzi or even have a chance to smoke a cigarette.

The place looks pretty much like the photos, but the walls are plaster. The plaster walls let you hear everything that happens in the other guests’ rooms: if someone farts, burps, talks, bathes, flushes the toilet, everything. When I complained to the management they told me I could leave early by paying a fine and that if I kept complaining they would sue me. Terrible service. It’s not worth what it costs. It’s insane to pay that price and not be able to rest properly.

The location, the room’s size, the light. The staff are very kind and helpful. The building that houses the property doesn’t look very good. As soon as we arrived, the bathroom cleanliness seemed improvable.
