The place was overall great. Clean, modern, excellent breakfast. The cookies were a great touch. I did not get the room I paid for, and apparently nothing could be done since I booked it through a 3rd party. It was very frustrating. I booked a double queen suite, and got a double queen with no couch bed. I was traveling with a total group of 5 so that wasn't enough beds

The front desk staff were very polite and the place was spotless. I had no problems with anything, everything was great! My granddaughter was upset because the pool was closed, but the staff were so kind that she ended up feeling better.

The breakfast offered mango slices, chocolate milk, oranges, and Spunkmeyers cinnamon rolls, plus many other options; it looked great even when I arrived a couple of hours after the start time. The location felt a bit desolate, but I’m not familiar with Coffeyville, KS, so I can’t say for sure. It was a stop on my way to somewhere else. The tissue box was empty, but I had my own, and there was toilet paper, so it wasn’t a big deal.
