The location was very good, but it’s a one‑star hotel and the bathroom was terrible.

I arrived at 3 am as informed. The place was locked up, the top floor was a filthy dump. After banging on the door many times, someone came out and told me they were full. I had booked this place back in November. I was left on the street with no Wi‑Fi at 3 am. Disgraceful people!

There was a cat roaming the stairwells hunting rats, which was oddly comforting. When I arrived, the staff told me they were sending me to a different hotel on another floor with broken stairs, and that I’d be moved to the correct hotel after one night. I packed to check out and move, only to be told I’d stay another night. I booked a deluxe room with a double bed, but when I asked about the single bed the owner said I was only one person. On the second night I asked him to inspect the room he had assigned me; he eventually came and simply pushed two single beds together to create the “double” bed I paid for. The room lacked a kettle and TV—there was a spot for a TV, so it must have been removed or stolen. When I asked where breakfast was served, they said they’d bring coffee and omelets to the room, but I’m severely allergic to egg whites and no alternatives were offered. I asked for bread or fruit on other mornings, yet I never received breakfast. The room was infested with cockroaches. I showed the owner the photos of the room I booked and asked him to show me the correct room; he wouldn’t let me see any rooms and blamed FabHotels for the wrong photos, which were identical to another hotel’s. The stairs were broken and a group of homeless men slept in the entranceway until about 9:30 am.

The photos are a lie. The rooms are tiny and disgusting. The place smells of mold. Some rooms have the shower and bathroom outside the room. The location is hard to find, and once you locate the building you have to climb many squeaky wooden stairs to reach the actual place. In general, stay away from FabHotels locations. I’ve given them several chances and am always left disappointed. The rooms and facilities are never what you see in the pictures, not even close.

The location is good. The only thing provided was the room. There was no drinking water, no toilet paper, no TV, and hot water stopped during a bath, so we had to tell them every time.
