The accommodation is excellently located, less than 50 m from the metro entrance, and the staff, cleaning crew, and restaurant team are all very courteous; the reception staff’s suggestion was enjoyable, and when we arrived late at night they welcomed us with a great dinner and arranged a reservation for us to eat upon arrival. The breakfast, however, could be improved; it consisted of boiled eggs, bread, cold cuts, yogurt, and fruit, and we were disappointed that the dishes, cutlery, and glasses were not properly washed.

The location was good, but the rooms were extremely noisy and the double bed had two separate mattresses.

“Great location, comfortable rooms and friendly & helpful staff”

The rooms felt modern and the beds were very comfortable, and the toiletries were excellent while the staff were friendly and accommodating. I disliked that each room had a different layout and size, even within the same category; the first room we received was tiny, and after requesting a change the second room smelled like sewage. We finally secured a suitable and perfect room on the third try.

“Great location for exploring old Lille.”

Really nice furnishings in a grand building. The bedding was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the vibrant restaurant scene
