A unique new hotel, parking, location right next to the park. The rooms are luxuriously furnished. Visit it—you won’t regret it!

The place was brand new, super comfy, and the balcony added a nice touch along with the food. It felt like a vacation even though we only stayed for a night of transit. Parking is available on site. No complaints.

Incredible hotel, the hosts were the most courteous, the rooms were huge, spotless, and furnished with brand‑new furniture—exactly in the center of Sanktanski. Parking for the car is provided. The breakfast was perfect, and the evening restaurant served delicious food.

We stayed one night on our return from Greece. The hotel, built in 2025, is centrally located, spotless, and has a restaurant with a Mediterranean menu featuring fresh fish and seafood instead of frozen Greek imports; it also offers a large, tasty pork steak. Thanks to Niko, an extraordinary host! We will definitely come back.
