The person in charge was very helpful. The problem was that the place hasn’t been offering accommodation for about six months and hasn’t been removed from the site.

I would recommend Garstang to anyone; the place is great, friendly, has plenty of pubs, food outlets, and good transport.

The location was central, the price was really good, and the team were incredibly friendly and helpful while I was researching my family history in Garstang; they had plenty of ideas and engaging chat. The only downside was a light bulb in the bedroom overhead that gave a rather chilly light—apparently they are eco bulbs, which is good for the planet!

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the location was brilliant, and the staff were lovely and very helpful. However, the room itself was a different story. It was extremely cold, and the decor was in need of a refresh. While the staff did their best to make up for these issues, the room's condition left a lot to be desired.
