Excellent location, beautiful décor throughout (unit 2 and common areas), easy to access, and all amenities were as described, offering great value. We did need more hooks for hanging clothes and there was no ice available.

Superb facilities and excellent quiet location. Streetcart stop at 1min walking distance. Full chef kitchen available. Hospitals, restaurantants and tourist attractions at 15 mins reach by streetcart at most

Everything matched the description. We wanted a quiet, safe area with easy public transport and a historic building to soak up New Orleans, and this fit the bill. We felt safe walking at night. Management was clear and responded fast. We didn’t cook or dine in the dining room, but it’s lovely if you choose to. We also didn’t notice the sunroom next to the dining area, which is a nice spot for morning coffee. They let us leave our luggage there the day after checkout, which was great. We really enjoyed our stay. On the downside, if you’re sensitive to nighttime noise, bring ear plugs or pick another unit (we were in unit 2). Because the building is old, temperature control isn’t as good as newer ones, but that didn’t bother us. They do provide heaters, blankets, fans, and everything else you might need.
