The location was acceptable but a bit hard to reach. A staff member was nice, and the hotel never requested my ID or my husband’s. The property was rundown; we received a refund for the second night after deciding not to stay, but the booking platform wouldn’t honor the credit the hotel issued.

Nothing. The lady at the front was awful! Very hostile from the start, I made a reservation online I didn't add my 2 year old on as guest the lady wanted to charge me extra but it wasn't that it was the way she acted that upset me. She wanted a cash deposit, it was late that's why it was a last minute reservation because I just didn't want to drive back home and it was getting late. I asked her a question
