The proximity to the center and the owner's constant presence and willingness to solve issues are positives, but the room and facilities need renovation, which is a shame given the location and the owner's courtesy.

The location is excellent for exploring Naples, close to the center with easy metro access, and it offered a genuine Neapolitan experience that made our stay amazing; the room was comfortable and spotless.

The room was very spacious and well situated, and coming from Rome with a swarm of tourists, we found a rare connection to the city and arrived in Naples with everything changed; the accommodation had that real Naples vibe with the comforts one seeks when traveling. The only drawback was the lack of a kettle—there was a microwave, but a kettle would be great for tea or mate. Aside from that, the place is very good.
