The location, rooms, restaurant, spa, and reception were all extremely friendly! The lighting in the bathroom (cosmetic mirror lighting) was poor, and the spa really needs handrails for older or disabled guests.

The décor was very nice, the setting quiet, and the breakfast was excellent and varied. We received an upgrade from the main building into the wellness area, and the reception staff were very good. However, we had to wait a long time at the bar for happy hour even though we had spoken to the staff and there were few guests; we were simply ignored. The TV was broken but was quickly reprogrammed.
