We didn’t have breakfast. The location is great—right on the city square. The room had dirty windows, no mosquito net, the beds were from the last century, the carpet smelled bad, and the lighting in both the room and bathroom was poor. The hotel is only a two‑star place.

The spot is smack in the center. I’m really unhappy with my stay: a huge party of about 100 people filled the restaurant, blasting loud music until 3:00 AM, and drunk guests wandered the hallways all night, making it impossible to sleep. It felt like trying to nap inside a nightclub. This trip was a total waste of my vacation, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for peace.

The location of Hotel Hemus is perfect, right in the city center and on the square, everything interesting is just a short walk away. Our room was spacious with a wonderful view and all the essentials, the staff were polite and helpful. We used the underground guarded parking in the same building. If we visit the city again, we’ll stay at Hotel Hemus again.

The view is unique. There’s no better spot in the city than Hotel Hemus. The breakfast atmosphere, afternoon coffee, or room view are all great. I liked the pancakes at breakfast. The rates for overnight stays are very reasonable. There was a bit of early‑morning noise from repair work in the neighboring room. It might help to advertise the massage, pool, and spa services with brochures in the room, and to add tourist information such as “What you can do around here” and a coffee station.
