They secured my luggage while I was waiting for a cancellation solution. I was very disappointed because I arrived at the hotel and the receptionist told me that my reservation had been cancelled by the hotel. No one had informed me beforehand; I was very stressed. I had paid for my stay and felt deceived.

Great design, bathroom, and rooftop. The bed was a bit noisy.

I stayed in downtown Palo Alto and the location was perfect, and the staff were super friendly. Parking was a bit tricky, but they did offer a valet service.
