The staff, hospitality, and food were great, but the wooden flooring in the room was pathetic—cracked and peeling, just like the floor by the swimming pool, making it risky for kids to play there. A weird, stinking odor lingered near the pool side.

The staff were excellent, but the distance was an issue.

The bathroom water was always coming out, and staying out caused a bit of discomfort, yet the ambience and interior design were great.

Your duty manager was rude coz I had asked my friend to do he couldn't do it So I payed advance through agent and booked it but when I reached the hotel I was told that I have two rooms on my name as I brought to notice of ur duty manager that this is an error but he was hell bent that I have to pay almost 18500 for extra room even if I don't check in and then he came in evening and said that I should pay for one room whether I check in or not
