The room was very clean and the staff were good. The only issue was that the TV was not working at that time, possibly due to some problem. Also, the corridor lights were too bright; thick curtains on the windows would block the corridor and morning light from entering the room, as the sunlight or corridor light is too harsh.

I’m from Tamil Nadu and stayed here for a day with my wife. The hotel stay was excellent and very comfortable. The rooms were neat, clean, and well‑maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. The location was convenient and the atmosphere peaceful. Overall, a wonderful experience with great hospitality. Highly recommended; Hotel KB Square is the safest hotel and excels.

Nothing. The rooms were not clean; I had to get the bedsheets changed. The AC broke in one room and the AC remote was not provided. I had to go to the counter at 2 am to get the remote despite several messages to the staff. Adequate towels were not provided.
