Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
Une grande chambre. Avec un balcon. Un excellent petit déjeuner.(un vrai festin de roi !). Le horaires du petit déjeuner sont de 8h à 10 h,alors que le départ du ferry est à 7h00 ,ce qui veut dire que j ai loupé le 2 ème petit déjeuner.qui à été payé. Je n ai pas vu d ascenseur ???

The place was calm. The breakfast could have offered more variety, and the room could have had water and coffee.

Breakfast was great, and special requests were met; the competent manager arranged two tours to the Danube Delta. We stayed six nights and would return. At checkout we found countless clean bath towels, hand towels, and doormats in the room that we didn’t need. There was no laundry service, so we hand‑washed and hung the clothes on the balcony, which was fine. The desk lacked a chair, and the balcony stool was repurposed as a chair.

Excellent location, clean, the hotel has a large terrace where you can stay in the evening, breakfast was fine.

The room was very small and narrow, nowhere near the size you’d expect for the price. The bed, only a little bigger than a double, had a very soft mattress with springs that left me with back pain. The pillows were just as soft and uncomfortable, causing neck pain. The bathroom was another disappointment: the shower cabin leaked onto the floor, so every shower flooded the bathroom. There was no proper ventilation, and the lighting was very dim and diffused. Breakfast was the biggest minus. For days on end the selection was almost the same: three egg options, sausages, hot dogs, salami, two kinds of cheese, sliced cheese, canned fish, olives, and occasionally the spread switched between pumpkin jam and cheese cream or caviar. The bread was of very poor quality. But the problem wasn’t just lack of variety – every single breakfast item was of the lowest quality, cheap and far below what the room rate promised. The billiard table was crooked, moved, and pulled the ball, making the game nearly impossible. Beyond the material issues, the staff attitude was also lacking. The brunette woman in charge of serving/supervising the buffet kept staring at us in an unpleasant way as we set our food on plates. The feeling of being watched and supervised while having breakfast was extremely unpleasant.
